The BBC, which has repeatedly disgraced itself this week.

Anchorwoman Samantha Simmonds informed viewers: 'Mass stabbings in this
country are extremely rare' — a highly misleading claim.

Just this decade, Britain has suffered multiple mass stabbings, from last year's
Nottingham attacks, in which two young students and a 65-year-old man were
killed, to the June 2020 Islamist massacre in Reading, which saw three gay
men hacked to death.

In April 2022, four people were stabbed and killed at a property in Bermondsey,
South London.

Instead of openly citing this important data, BBC home affairs correspondent
Daniel Sandford responded to Simmonds by comparing the Southport
slaughter to what he grotesquely called the 'infamous mass stabbing in Dunblane in 1996'.

I hardly need to remind you that 16 children and their teacher were of course
shot dead — not stabbed — while another 15 were wounded on that terrible
day 28 years ago.

I have not seen any evidence that the BBC, or Sandford himself, have apologised for this mistake.

Could it be that the Corporation was so quick to reference Dunblane, however
inappropriate, because its perpetrator was white and Scottish?

I would hope so too but I'm clearly not so optimistic about people's intentions. I fully believe that the people stoking the flames believe themselves to be "on the right side of history" but when you have civil unrest kicking up all over the place, with one side being branded "peaceful protesting patriots who just care about our children" and the other "violent stabby immigrants doing mindless violence" you unfortunately have the ingredients for a very very messy situation.

Like I said ...not just far right, some are just brainless idiots in general. The looting and attacking of police won't all be ' EDL' supporters like the media wants you to believe. There's such a thing of mob mentality and simple thickos just wanting to start a fight.

Like I said previously in another thread, back in 2010 when there was the intuition fee protests, look at all the senseless looting and damage, from random clowns.

A girl admitted she had no place to be there...but still decided to go out looting for the sake of it ,and then got herself either a criminal record or some type of punishment with the law ...which affected her career in the army.

Not one reporter from any MSM outlet has provided a scrap of evidence that ANY protestor is from the mythical Far Right

I really wish what she said was true. Unfortunately it's quite the opposite at the moment.

I know the stats and have neither the time nor inclination to look them up and post them for anyone on this forum. I don't believe the discussions here are in good faith or that the figures will be given anything more than a critical glance and a skeptical retort. It's a waste of everyone's time.
