Because that would get Jay E the buzz he needs and deserves....Jigga is smarter than he looks. After that, Jay Electronica can make what he wants and eat well off it probably.

I don't know if it's happening or not. Jay E has 100% creative control, thankfully, so don't know if he is doing it or not. Heard he may be making one with Frank Ocean though, which would be dope.
