So those chanting USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! did they forget it was a US citizen that did this?
Seems a bit odd.

He will be utterly vilified and subjected to constant abuse , he will be spat on , probably assaulted, possibly tortured.

He will receive numerous life sentences and will go to a Max security prison for ever without hope of ever being released. There he will be subjected to a whole new level of abuse because he murdered innocent Americans .

This young man has no idea what is in store for him and he will surely wonder why he did what he did....!!!

He's a US citizen, and as such should legally be spared the abuses reserved for enemy combatants.

He won't have an easy time in prison, I agree, but they can't abuse him whilst he is in custody.

Jeff Bauman, who lost both legs in Boston attack, helped ID suspects

Jeff Bauman was still in intensive care, heavily sedated after surgery, but he had something he desperately needed to tell his brother. “He woke up under so much drugs, asked for a paper and pen and wrote, ‘bag, saw the guy, looked right at me,’” Chris Bauman said. Jeff, the ashen-faced, wheelchair-bound man in that iconic photo taken in the aftermath of Monday's Boston Marathon bombings, gave a description of the suspect to the FBI, telling them that he wore "a cap, sunglasses and a black jacket over a hooded sweatshirt." He told them that he locked eyes with the attacker as he placed the bomb-filled bag at the finish line — the bomb that took both of Bauman's legs

The poor guy doesnt have health insurance apparently so politicians that were championing him will vanish as fast as you like into the woodwork and private funds set up by the public to help him will suddenly be the ones in the limelight.

Big brother pressured him, he'll say (as everyone else here has said), and he'll give up links and connections. He'll be on guard 24-7 so he won't be able to commit suicide, and yes, he lost his chance only hours ago. It's really sucky here, because he was probably coerced by his older brother and is taking the penalty, but he did follow through with it, and in an abnormal manner of casting his face all over the news without keeping his hat brim down. I won't say "young and stupid and easily led" because that would offend several members here. ;) I do joke. You guys are solid. :D

Love ya, Bob, but he became a citizen of the US through naturalization on Sept 11, 2012. Sure, why not, right? But, on the historical day? It's not a coincidence. It's an "eff you" to the country, in his case. Now no one will commit to him.

Fair enough comment Mr Shark.

The main reason they got it wrong was because a women who knew Sunil personally claimed that it was him.

BBfanUSA 20-04-2013 12:14 PM

Kinda Nervous that he hasn't been given his Miranda Rights (Right To Remain Silent, Attorney, Etc.) They haven't because of the public safety clause. They cannot afford not to. Anything he says about anyone else can be used right now, but any evidence cannot be used for his trial. And if you forget the rights, then a criminal cannot be tried and he's free.

He is in Hospital with 2 gun shots
When he is better they can talk to him.

No way does any one know what Police said to him
all the time.

arista 20-04-2013 04:58 PM

The Mother claims they
were set up.

But she also said they did not do this.

I know what they did was evil, and I don't really understand why I always feel liie this, but when I saw the younger brother lying on the ground, covered in blood and surrounded, I felt sorry for him.

I feot the same when watching Saddam Hussein being captured. Am I mental?

It's not mental, but remember just because someone is the underdog doesn't mean they arn't evil or that they are the victim in any way.

I think it's a natural human reaction to always root for the underdog a little bit, because we all feel intimidated by power. But the underdog is often the real villain.

Very good article about the brothers' background.

arista 20-04-2013 11:27 PM

“I used to warn Dzhokhar that Tamerlan was up to no good,” Zaur Tsarnaev, who identified himself as a 26-year-old cousin, said in a phone interview from Makhachkala, Russia, where the brothers briefly lived. “[Tamerlan] was always getting in trouble. He was never happy, never cheering, never smiling. He used to strike his girlfriend. . . . He was not a nice man.”

From Vickys Link.

Yes that 26 year old now Dead
was Real Evil.

arista 20-04-2013 11:38 PM

The 19 year old in Hospital

Some Mosques are bad places

Well the timeline is pretty obvious

He climbed out of the boat then that photo was taken when he was in an ambulance, so he must have shot himself between the two then? but I'm just wondering when that could have happened if he was walking in the videos after being captured.

Josy 21-04-2013 03:44 PM
