Have you watched the series back and if so do you thibk you were fairly portrayed

Mitchell 29-11-2018 11:51 PM

Did you enjoy the classic BB elements? (lounge outside, waiting in lounge during nominations, cars etc)

Daniel. 29-11-2018 11:52 PM

Who was the biggest prescence in the house?

It's basic politeness really. Most regular members don't want to be insulted and that's why we have a rule against it. We have to remember that most people who post on here (applies to social media also) are effectively anonymous, so if someone had a bone to pick with any of you, they would not have much ammunition.

Whereas, the ex-housemates have gone on TV and we know a lot about them (or think we do) so they are more unshielded to personal comments against them. There is an imbalance there.

Consider if someone found out something about you, in real life (like on a social media account), and you had it used against you in a conversation on a forum. You wouldn't like it.

I didn't like that either. Raph wasn't in any way controversial, as much as I remember that series.

GoldHeart 29-11-2018 11:53 PM

Do we actually know for sure this is Cameron responding? and not some random person pretending to be him? :laugh2:

Liam- 29-11-2018 11:54 PM

Has anyone surprised you outside the house, either in a positive or negative way?

Ant. 29-11-2018 11:55 PM

honestly james going on twitter to shade TiBB saying we target housemates that aren't a 'certain type' (i,e, women, I believe he said) just makes me laugh because it's like those mums that let their kids whack each other and when they take them on playdates and one of them bites another kids arm the mum's like "TYLER YOU **** I TOLD YOU YOU CAN ONLY DO IT UNDER MY ROOF"

STOP brownnosing Cameron IT'S EMBARRASSING!

It's not brownnosing it's simply manners to welcome someone who has been in the show the site was created for,I feel embarrassed for some of the comments on here, why even comment if you don't like someone,it's like you think your funny or something,it's far from it as I said it's embarrassing.

The housemates are all heavily briefed before entering the house that they will be alot of people who don't particularly like them. The title and OP of this thread clearly acknowledges that, it's clear he knew that he wasn't going to get an overwhelmingly positive response by signing up to the forum :joker: I don't see how suddenly liking a housemate who ruined the majority of the series for you personally is standard "basic politeness" but go off sis!

Which is why so many were endeared by your moodiness..that others found annoying...but to many it was so typical of someone of your age...and that's not being patronising...that's because I have two sons who showed similar traits.

But he is responding to critisism with honesty and being pretty decent about it...so give your opinion but try and show a little respect to someone who has taken the time to come on here and explain himself.
That's not much to ask is it?

Yes there were a few of those a while back,

brat. 30-11-2018 12:06 AM

the argument of that you can insult one housemate if they aren’t on the forum but you can’t if they ARE on the forum is ridonkulous what if Hussain was scrolling through and saw someone called him vile and a knob and didn’t join? is that not the same thing?

I can guarantee the people sticking up would not be also sticking up for Hussain if he made a thread and people were saying horrible stuff to him. The forum is made to discuss housemates, good or bad

There's nothing wrong with people putting the game behind them and remaining friends. Some of the grudges people hold on this forum are so OTT :joker:

y.winter 30-11-2018 10:35 AM

Hi Cameron! I hope you don't mind if I share my views (not trying to be nasty or anything).

I know it has already been brought up, but for me your downfall was after Kay left and you and Lewis have lost proportions and started slagging her in the bedroom, assuming that what she does on the outside. The poor girl didn't actually do anything horrible, she wasn't even nasty. She might have grinded people's gears by her "too innocent" persona, but it was nowhere as near as provoking to the extent of bashing her like that. That's my take on these events anyway.

You were #1 in my ranking somewhere between week 1-2, but another thing that dragged you down in my opinion was Lewis. He also was a big favourite of mine, but once Lewis G was (rightfully) evicted, and after the Kay incident - it was clear that Lewis moaning was not a symptom of being surrounded by hostile hms, but his nature. He was angry, moody, critical, discontent, dissatisfied constantly complaining, always disinterested and unimpressed, even when there wasn't actually something worth these reactions. I'm absolutely fine with housemates who are non-conformists and "outsiders" (Deana:love:), but it got to the extent of "ugh come on, what are you on about? change that bloody record". I would've probably been close to him too in the beginning, but I would've also put him in his place when he started exaggerating with his act. Maybe it would've saved him from being ejected, but it would've cost you 100K. For me and for many others it felt like like you said Amen to everything he did, which was a shame. It changes with time...

So overall there's no hatred, just a disappointment that you could've flourished more in the house if there weren't these distractions. Anyway, it won you 100K, so all good in the end. Best of luck in the future!

1....he has admitted he was a knob.
2. Personally I wouldn't waste a moment of my time chatting on here to a housemate I didn't like..
