Just had a really simple late lunch consisting of Rice, Fried Egg, Dried Anchovies, Cucumber Slices, and lots of sambal. Had coconut water to go on the side.

Cheesy beanos Caramel wafer Chicken tikka stiry fry and 4 mini potato waffles 4 cups of tea |
I was up at 4.30 am so, too many sweet, strong coffees to count.
3 Free-Range soft boiled eggs with 2 slices of uncut bread and butter. 2 small pork pies. 2 glasses of Ribena. One small Apple Bake tartlet. Dinner will be late (as usual) and tonight is Chicken Breast in Cajun sauce on a bed of Basmati with par-grilled broccoli. |
