Spurs are earlier in their journey than Arsenal but again, relative to the last couple of seasons they have progressed. Chelsea have as well but I still don't expect them to properly competing for another couple of years.
Arsenal have done well but fact remains they will come up short again and have another trophyless season. Both last year and this season have been major opportunities as well because City haven't been quite at it for patches of the season. Arsenal have also been more boring to watch this season than last year

Spurs have a long long way to go. The fans dont think so but they do. There will be a clear out before they can see what Ange is up to. I like that he is blaming the players and not his tactics cuz at this point in the process he is correct. IF he get the squad he wants then he may do well but I doubt he ever will. I think Mr Levy will stop the investment when SPurs get top four. As I mentioned in another thread Arletta won the FA cup in his first year and it also gave him alot of capital with the fans. I doubt if SPurs will go unbeaten in their first ten games again now everyone has seen Ange-ball close up and know how to counter it.
I really object to the point you make in the third paragraph. First, there are only four trophies anyone can win and Arsenal won one last year. Not the trophy anyone remember but with Man City around Winning anything is much harder than before. Arsenal have won more league games this season than the invincible year. Its so much harder to get past Man City than any other team in the history of the Prem.
You say 'boring' I say 'control'. The 100 mile an hour football of 2023 was not sustainable. I like that the team can control games then turn on the gas. I like the way Arsenal play this year much more than last. Last year we were always in fear of going two goals down. Now , no chance. The closest was Luton and we scored in the ,last minute to get past them. This Arsenal team are no pushover and if that mean we lose a bit of excitement, I have no issues.
