a slice of carrot cake for breakfast and just enjoying last nights spicy (very) sausage casserole with some penne and ciabatta

A sandwich consisting of cheese and ham and a cup of milk for breakfast.
Then I craved a dessert so I went and bought some truffles and had a few. +some cups of water I'm soon having peas for lunch (not my favourite). |

- 2 Sicilian cheese pizza slices - A mini ice cream sandwich - 4 piece mixed chicken from Popeyes + side of mac & cheese + a biscuit (not the UK kind) - Some cut up watermelon pieces To drink: A couple of bottles of water ... literally no other drink at all today :joker: A bit more on the unhealthy side than usual but I usually eat pretty similarly unhealthy as I've said before in here :skull: I had a good workout tho as I've been trying to do more lately :hugesmile: |

Breakfast: 2 slices of bread with chocolate sprinkles & a cup of green tea with honey and now i will have 4 slices of bread (2 with cheese and marmite, other 2 with peanut butter and honey) and as fruit i'll have a kiwi |

Just had mince tatties and beans and a cup of splosh. Finished off with 2 wee Bakewell slices #lushlife |
