2 pieces of white toast and a cuppa with a couple of oat digestives to dip in for breakfast then nothing until a beef dinner with all the trimmings, Yorkie Puds and red cabbage, the lot, beautiful.
I'm up working on portrait commissions tonight and might get a little bit of cereal later. Fruit & Fibre! |
Nothing as yet , I fast every day for 19 hours then 'break my fast' around 5pm then eat a days amount of food between 5pm and 10pm .... maybe worth some if you guys reading up on the 16/8 fasting regime and all it's benefits !!
