doesn't she just look so fierce and feisty and argumentative and like a fierce goddess queen drag ha slay ha etc? unfortunately Amma is absolutely none of those things! I've nominated her both times and I'm just gonna go out on a limb and assume that she was saved entirely bc she's a black girl since I don't think most of you plebs have seen BB2?

Anyway, Amma did start off on a high note, I will admit. She was boring but had a good back story about being a secret stripper and having an abortion at 19, and she did shout I WISH HE WAS GONE FRIDAY HURRY UP AND COME VOTE HIM OUT HE'S A ****ING **** HE'S A SMUG DICK AND LEAVE THIS HOUSE CAUSE I ****ING THINK YOU'RE SMALL, SMUG, AND **** I HATE YOU at the top of her lungs all while Stuart was in the other room pretending to not overhear that amazing and well-deserved character assassination. It all went downhill with Amma though because she was just soooooooooo serious about everything and it wasn't the slightest bit fun. She would just walk around the house and be really ****ing insensitive to everyone else and insult them and point out their flaws, like, right after they were nominated and did it all under the guise of "constructive criticism" and it was just rly annoying and tactless. It wasn't fun watching her explain to Narinder just why she was nominated, it wasn't fun listening to her gloat about how she's so lucky she had her bad day early in front of Elizabeth as she was having her bad day, and it wasn't fun watching her tell Paul that he's for sure going to be evicted over Bubble because Bubble is The Man Of The People omfg what an awful sentiment to express.

But then Amma desperately wanted to receive some of this "constructive criticism" in return? I don't know, it was just so bizarre and like most things BB2-related, not fun at all. I actually kinda pity her because she's one of those people who thinks that being brutally honest 24/7 is a good thing. I can only imagine that this has aged even worse after the Helen thing and the Marc thing and everything else this godforsaken show has dissolved into. So yeah, eventually Amma was nominated against eviction cockroach Paul and she continued to be insensitive af by telling Paul that she would rather be nominated against someone she actually likes, and then she was evicted and became an irrelevant afterthought from an irrelevant afterthought of a series. I don't know, Amma is just really ****ing weird and uncomfortable to watch and she seems like the type of person who would still be receiving counseling to this day because of this show.

I'm saving Lisa (BB4) bc good lord what a ****ing delight she is.

We all love the 6th member of Girls Aloud and her iconic Mario hate but she wasn't Top 75 good so it's her time to go!

Lets be honest she kind of ruined it for herself by not really going with it but who wouldn't be uncomfortable with sharing a bed with 'Italian' Shaun for a few days. She was thrown the bus by production though by making her go through with the wedding.

I really love Sophia and I really didn't want to cut her at this point but here we are. I just like Heaven, Narinder and Bea more.

Sophia was absolutely amazing and was a hilarious housemate and week one evictee. On the BB10 launch night she became one of the faves to win and it seemed like finally the British public would like a black woman. She just went around the house cackling and I found it hilarious, but unfortunately her housemates didn't feel the same way and found her overbearing and annoying smh. Of course the main story Sophia had during her stay was her rivalry with Saffia, which has to be the best one week rivalry ever (OK maybe Gina/Sallie is better but still). Sophia was so funny and actually quite righteous about Saffia, like that argument they had in the garden about Sophia calling her boring (“WELL YOUR ARE”) and I loved how hard fought the battle was (tbh if Saffia kept talking to me about missing her kids I'd find her boring too). The most hilarious thing is that this rivalry spilled over onto BBBM which gave us this iconic gif:

Unfortuntely Sophia was evicted to massive boos in the first week over a str8 white male and I was sad because she could have given us so much more. Typical British public really.

maybe I'm missing something but was Narinder ever all that pleasant? from being a bit of a bitch to Helen to making fun out of the other hm's/gossiping about them, idk she just doesn't seem all that likeable from what I know. of course I'm doing this without seeing much of BB2, but another thing that sticks out is when Emma replaced Brian as host and she proved herself to be a nasty, bitter lady.

I still can't at Hira being cut :( :mad:

Narinder was a force for good and one of the few good ones from BB2 but does this mean Penny is the people's champion once again?

So yeah my laptop decided it'd rather die on me than write about Grace which is handy

Hmmm I had a really love/hate relationship with Adam when BB13 was airing but as time has gone on it's turned more into indifference. I think Adam is general quite overrated because he was part of the Outsiders (which were definitely the better group, and I still like him more than probably all of the Insiders but he pales in comparision to Deana, Lauren and even Luke A tbh.

Let's start with the positives and Adam did have a lot of good moments. Generally being on the good side of the house was a plus as was dunking fish guts over Arron (<3333 5eva), when he refused to give Ashleigh cigarettes after chocolategate and caused her to meltdown and when the Insiders had a group bitch and Adam came up to them after and was like "group hug!?" :joker: Plus he was (generally) friends with Deana and in a house where most of the housemates constantly bitched about her and singled her out it was much appreciated. I think he was cast to be another Coolio-esque type but he turned out to be a really nice guy, and again, in a house filled with monsters such as Conor, Arron and Becky, it was much appreciated.

However, there are things which keep me from liking Adam. The main thing is the whole Lauren/Adam gagmance which really makes me feel sick just thinking about it. I'm definitely not a fan of showmances and this one was just awful, especially since, in my opinion, Lauren wasn't even remotely interested in him romantically, yet Adam kept pushing for it. Also the show dedicated so much airtime to it, especially in Lauren's boot week, when it could have been used for more important things like Deana. Speaking of Deana, whilst Adam and Deana were generally friendly to each other, Adam would randomly turn on Deana for the most minute things and it annoyed me. The most gross example I can think of is when Deana was called out by BB for discussing nominations and got the hot water shut off (or something like that) and Adam fumed and refused to speak to her, and moved beds because he couldn't sleep next to her or something? Ugh, thank god Sara was there to be righteous. Plus the whole Luke A/Adam bromance thing got tired after a while, ofc the public bought into it and they were final 2 lol.

In conclusion: Adam is nice guy on the correct side of the house but he had moments which turned me off liking him completely. In a series where most of my opinions on housemates were determined by how they interacted with Deana, him turning on her randomly definitely soured me to him.
