Oh right. Yeah it's probably either going to be the same length as 17 or a few days over.

Love Island will probably be 9 or 10 weeks.

Gstar 01-07-2017 03:18 PM

perched for sunday

armand.kay 01-07-2017 03:21 PM

WTF @ Marcel

Gstar 01-07-2017 03:27 PM

I'm PERCHED sis

Also, it wasn't Tyla's wrong doing in the love triangle (but she's still a tad dull). Super happy for Cam and Mon, them going from the next two being dumped to potentially being the final 2

Gstar 01-07-2017 03:28 PM

Sorry but im really really happy for Camilla I hope this isn't too good to be true :worry:

Natalie. 01-07-2017 03:42 PM

I like Montana and Alex? together
Marcel the last ep :/

I love Montana, Cam and Chris

LukeB 01-07-2017 03:45 PM

Does anyone think Marcel was wrong to kiss two girls? I didn't see Gabby do it and i know it's a game but ;/ if he liked her he would have not done that

LukeB 01-07-2017 03:46 PM

I don't know what Olivia was moaning about when she knew Chris would kiss someone because of the alphabet task thing, didn't she kiss someone in the pool for the task?

Natalie. 01-07-2017 03:58 PM

yeah I think it was wrong of Marcel

Gstar 01-07-2017 04:43 PM

Olivia has absolutely NO reason to be feeling any type of way after she's been playing every guy since day 1

It's alright if Olivia does it...but Chris isn't allowed. Didn't the underwater kiss come after the alphabet one?...I think it did and probably the reason she did it.

Just caught up on the last few days!

I'm loving the two villas twist :clap1: what I think is most enjoyable about it is the fact that it's obviously been months in the planning, which is what Big Brother twists used to be (like the House Next Door) as opposed to nowadays where they're conjured up hours before the show. I'd like it to last at least a week, I hope they don't end it too early. I'm also intrigued about how they're going to determine which newbies get to stay, I wonder if they'll get the original guys/girls to have to pick between their old partner or a new one or something?

I ADORE Camilla and Montana's friendship  they're my absolute favourites. Glad they've both found someone at last, although I'm a bit sceptical of Craig because like Olivia alluded to, she's literally a one-way ticket to the title. First person to steal the money or am I getting ahead of myself?

Also, the moment where Camilla/Jonny had to pick between Tyla/Simon to stay was exquisite. That's reality television at its best <3

I just caught up too and I agree with everything

Camilla and Montana

This series is really hitting its stride now, depending on how it ends it might be my favourite yet. I also find it amazing to think how two years ago we were speculating whether the figures were good enough for a renewal, and now here we are with a promotion to the main channel next year for an eight week run being about 80% likely IMO.

Not sure if they should do it content-wise mind, they'd have to water it down a hell of a lot.

Yeah this show is peaking in the same way BB did during BB3.

The original LI was on ITV1 but the show got a lot of negative publicity at the time for being really trashy iirc (also worth nothing that was at the same time when BB was its peak) which is why I think they decided to air the revival on ITV2, although the revival is doing far better than the original and it has a much better reputation.

Jack_ 02-07-2017 03:29 AM

The celebrity version was rubbished for being ITV's answer to Big Brother's popularity wasn't it (how times change :hehe:)? I guess it's a gamble taking it to the main channel because if something's not broke don't fix it, and would ITV really be willing or able to lose six nights a week to one show? It would have to be cut down somehow.

But then Bake Off was promoted and the rest is history. I think Love Island could easily do 5-6m on ITV, the momentum is there atm and it kinda reminds me of what it felt like watching BB7, where like everyone was talking about it  either way I think this series has secured its long-term future, on these figures I'd say they could reach series 6 quite comfortably

I've been saying this for the last couple of weeks or so too, I can honestly imagine them moving it to ITV1 and having it run from early June till late July/early August.

Either way I think they've secured themselves a show that will last till at least 2020, and probably beyond that.

Jack_ 02-07-2017 08:00 PM

Watching live for the first time in ages :cheer2:

Ross. 02-07-2017 08:01 PM

I've been perched for this episode

Jack_ 02-07-2017 08:02 PM

This show is so well produced

Whoever's in charge of music this series needs a pay rise :clap1:

Headie 02-07-2017 08:02 PM

As long as Camilla and Montana aren't dumped from the island tonight then it will be another good episode :clap1:

Ross. 02-07-2017 08:04 PM

Mess is BB on as well right now

I've turned to the dark side I guess!

Ross. 02-07-2017 08:09 PM

Does the villa twist end tonight?

Gstar 02-07-2017 08:12 PM

Can't remember the last time I watched something live, I've been excited for this episode all weekend, even got a few snacks.
