Why after 12 months bombing , thousands murdered and 90% of the country decimated (including all or most of their nuclear power stations ) is everyone NOW seemingly sending battalions of tanks and other weaponry ??

They should not have been sending any armaments at all.

In the past whenever there was a conflict somewhere and people pleaded with the government to send arms to the side, seen to be on the side of the angels, then the cry was that the last thing you needed in a war zone was more weapons.

We should never have given them as much as one bullet.

Zelensky was offered sanctuary in the US, and he should have taken it whilst Ukraine was allowed to surrender as it is still part of Mother Russia, in spite of what allegedly happened in the 1990's. Then for us there would not be a fuel crisis and a cost of living crisis and threats of rolling power cuts that are currently being planned for the UK.

Zelensky has been too much interested in being seen as a hero and look at the resulting number of deaths.
