Yesterday
Rye bread toasted with peanut butter, nuts, goji berries and seeds. A cup of coffee with soy milk and raw cane sugar. Two protein weetabix with soy milk. Peanut butter and fig jam on a fresh bread roll. Another coffee, the same as before. Lentil and chickpea curry with loads of veggies in it. A few mini coconut biscuits and a barley drink. |

Literally just had two pieces of white toast, a cuppa and some plain digestives for breakfast.

in the end I had 2 crispy chickens and 2 potato waffles and a wee bit of beans, all shared with the 3 pooches who get a wee bit each. washed down with a cup of splosh and great Hurricane Michael video on YT
