Not sure if its the same one, but he had some sort of malware attack his too. I wouldnt know where to start if it happened to me. :laugh:

Yeah Niamh I had some malware takeover, was called 'vistaguardian' or something. Very scary stuff.

I installed malwarebytes quickly, and it scanned through and found the problem and fixed it.

I'd reccommend you download it, run a scan weekly or something, and get rid of any problems.

this one I had wouldn't let me run anything at all, the minute he computer started up it blocked everything except IE from working, so I went on to you tube and this guy had done a video on how to do it, I had to shut dwn then restart and really quickly before it starts running open task manager and stop it running, then run malwarebytes
