god that 777 ball thing was bad, you only had it for like 2 games lol

have they gone bust or did the club just get bombarded with complaints and realised its crap (afterall isnt this years kit a special one or something?)

Chels 28-09-2009 03:27 PM

yeah it was awful lmao, had it for the newcastle game and thats it
no they wern't legal to advertise over here as they were a malaysian company, so we replaced them.

King Gizzard 28-09-2009 03:29 PM

No one can beat ours...Acorns childrens hospice :)

we sponser a charity and put them on our shirts..same as barca with unicef

It baffles me as to why Man City don't have a charity on theirs, they don't need the money!

A Saudi Arabian prince has confirmed he is looking to buy up to half of Premier League football club Liverpool.

Prince Faisal bin Fahd bin Abdullah al-Saud told the Saudi Al-Riyadh newspaper "we are looking forward to acquiring 50% of the club's stake".

The price of £200m to £350m he is ready to pay for the stake is more than the £174m US owners Tom Hicks and George Gillett paid for the whole club.

A deal to open football schools in the Middle East has also been signed.

King Gizzard 28-09-2009 05:16 PM

Yup haha.its annoying cause people dont actually know we do it cause 'acorns' could be anything, should have childrens hospice on it too.

a big percentage of our shirt sales goes to them, and they always have people with buckets at the games which people give to

[rquote=2610810&tid=133229&author=arsenalforever][rquote=2610800&tid=133229&author=30stone]Yeah i dont think they will have someone to create enough chances for them.
Owen would still score though if he was given the oppurtunity with rooney out through injury.[/rquote]

owen isn't the answer to their probelms they need a guy to score 35 guys a season[/rquote]

You know, while watching the Manchester derby, I was wondering to myself if Ferguson himself even thought about getting Nistelrooy because that man would defo have tucked away every chance that fell to Berbatov. He's older now but he's a guy who can still finish chances like nobody else.

King Gizzard 28-09-2009 08:31 PM

6-1

30stone 28-09-2009 08:32 PM

LOL

You tried saying this half way through last season, we are one of the most financially stable clubs. We are in less debt than Chelsea and Utd.

We made more of a profit,
We have 2 billionaires on our boards,

And they dont pay the players wages the club pays for itself.

Though it has been proposed again that Usmanov and Kroke pay the wages of players, and Usmanov will give a big transfer budget to Wenger.

Thought it doesnt show financial stability we would have big money, and we woould make even more profit.

Big things for our up and coming team, in the next few years.
