Many would have recorded it like most Saturdays, so I'm not worried

BB IS ALIVE 16-10-2011 06:29 PM

it was on at a stupid time aswell, so that it did'nt clash with x factor, which was on later so that it did'nt clash with stricly come dancing. they should just put it on at 9 and hope for the best I think!

MTVN 16-10-2011 06:51 PM

It wasn't really that stupid a time, only 5 minutes before it normally is, I think they should just always have it starting at 10 tbh

Locke. 16-10-2011 06:53 PM

Yeah it is much better starting at 10. Hate when it starts at 9

Sunday night:
21:00 Big Brother: 1.19m (4.3%)

http://forums.digitalspy.co.uk/showt...553517&page=28

BB IS ALIVE 17-10-2011 06:21 PM

It also had the better of Channel 5's Big Brother, which averaged 1.89 million (4.3%).

odd? the guardian don't normally get it wrong :conf:

MTVN 17-10-2011 06:30 PM

Maybe that's a typo, 1.89m is too big to get only a 4.3% share of the audience surely?

Plus it just seems very unlikely that it got that many viewers anyway :p

It's obviously a "typographical error" ..... ;)

Quote:

The nickname The Grauniad for the paper originated with the satirical magazine Private Eye. This anagram played on The Guardian's reputation for frequent typographical errors, such as misspelling its own name as The Gaurdian. The domain grauniad.co.uk is registered to the paper.

The very first issue of the newspaper contained a number of errors, perhaps the most notable being a notification that there would soon be some goods sold at atction instead of auction.

That's good.

What's the difference between "officials" and ratings that are first reported?

Jake. 17-10-2011 09:51 PM

Overnights are the figures of the show for the first time it aired. Officials take repeats, recorded and catch-up figures into account

Big Brother continued with 1.37m (7.7%) in the 10pm hour

daniel-lewis-1985 20-10-2011 11:36 AM

It has a core audience now then with it getting 7% nightly.

So much for C5 getting new viewers in...If anything they have lost the loyal fans.

Omah 21-10-2011 10:00 AM

Big Brother entertained 1.37m (8.8%)

daniel-lewis-1985 21-10-2011 10:40 AM

That was for the whole evening that was propped up by the football which they have just lost the rights to :joker:
ITV and ESPN have taken the footy off them plus 10.15pm isnt regarded as primetime.

That may be so, but big brother still got an audience share of 8.8%, and footy fans probably dont watch big brother
