Yes. Must have been quite a buzz, DS was almost as packed as launch night.

SSL2012 22-01-2013 09:18 AM

Cracking figuress, five will be thrilled with viewing ratings, and tbh c4 can spin it all they want, but take.into account it would probably attract around a million more give or take, they've lost out on a show that would.of got them around 3mil a night. What mugs they look like.

I think tonight may rate similarly, schedule is weaker aswell.

It's on at 10 tonight and as far as I'm aware there wasn't the Speidi drama of the last two nights, just them refusing to do another task, so I can't see it getting the same as last night, but hopefully it'll do a little better the the last two from people hoping it continues.

Most of the viewers dont read the forums so the knowing of whats coming up on the highlights show doesnt really affect ratings.

If some drama happens one night they will come back the next day to see if its still going on.

Text, phone, facebook, twitter. I know I'm contradicting what I said yesterday, but I really can't think what else it could be down to, if it's not buzz from that it's buzz from the episode before, which given the **** weather, was probably spread the same way.

Amazing ratings :worship:

With Twitter and facebook updates ect, getting very low replies, retweets and Channel 5's youtube clips usually only being viewd by under 1 thousand people i cant see how any of these outlets would make much of a contribution to the shows ratings at all.

most of the audience tune in due to buzz from previous episode not because they have heard it beforehand on forums and social networks.

Me. I Am Salman 22-01-2013 09:51 AM

I don't mean official tweet stuff, just mentions of what happened.

I did mention the previous episode, but that got 2.23m so unless the peak tuned into tonight's ep throughout, so either way word of mouth played a part.

BigBrotherfan4ever 22-01-2013 11:39 AM

I'm really pleased to see the ratings are still rising

And on probably the best episode of the series, hopefully it carries over onto tonight.

Highest rating 10pm show of the series by 60k, not much but good to know Speidi-gate 3 kept it from a last minute drop before the final.

DigitalSid 23-01-2013 09:54 AM

This series ratings so far compared to CBB9's, all ratings include +1:

CBB9:
Thurs -3.54m
Fri - 2.61m
Sat - 2.11m
Sun - 2.24m
Mon - 2.34m
Tues - 2.17m
Wed - 2.24m
Thurs - 2.75m
Fri - 2.30m
Sat - 1.86m
Sun - 1.70m
Mon - 2.16m
Tues - 2.26m
Wed - 2.14m
Thurs - 2.36m
Fri - 2.64m
Sat - 1.78m
Sun - 1.86m
Mon - 2.78
Tues - 2.45

CBB11:
Thurs - 3.55m
Fri - 2.05m
Sat - 2.07m
Sun - 2.20m
Mon - 2.20m
Tues - 2.02m
Wed - 2.27m
Thurs - 2.15m
Fri - 2.31m
Sat - 2.09m
Sun - 2.40m
Mon - 2.23m
Tues - 2.33m
Wed - 2.25m
Thurs - 2.08m
Fri - 2.56m
Sat - 1.67m
Sun - 2.23m
Mon - 2.56m
Tues - 2.38m

CBB9 average at this point = 2.31m
CBB11 average so far = 2.28m
Difference = 0.03m

Still slightly behind, but in the officials we have so far, CBB11 is beating it about 200k, despite CBB9 leading the same period by 50k in the overnights, so that's down mostly to competition.

Slightly down on last weeks, but only by 0.1 and that episode itself did impressively too.

Jake. 23-01-2013 10:04 AM

And BBBOTS done great :worship:

BB IS ALIVE 23-01-2013 10:33 AM

6.4 million.

SSL2012 23-01-2013 11:11 AM

The audience is no bigger for that show, then on a monday when it competes against Miranda and Lewis i think it is.

CBB will be fine, may take a dent but it won't be by more then 200,000 or so imo.

MTVN 23-01-2013 11:14 AM

Good to see Razor is still keeping the ratings solid

Depends if there's more of a crossover audience, plus Monday's was Speidi-gate 2 had Speidi-gate 1 to generate a buzz the night before it.
