If only we had spent all those zillions which we have wasted on EU membership, and in accomodating all its OPEN DOOR immigration Free For All policies, and in contributing 'Aid' to countries who have stronger economies than ours, and to corrupt countries to squander on 'Vanity Projects etc etc etc etc etc - Then perhaps we could have taken better care of our own homeless and needy and sick, and strengthened our Military, and extended our Security and Intelligence Services.

I feel so bad for the genuine people of syria who just want to get themselves and their families to safety, it breaks my heart thinking about if it were me and my family who happened to have been born there rather than this side of the world. But becuase of these attacks on Paris I think Europe is left with little choice but to close the borders for now :(

On another note, I've just found out through a friend, that a friend of hers (someone I don't know) daughter was killed in the shooting last night. She is English.

Yes I'm thinking this too, earlier the attacks provoked responses such as 'we are all humans'... I didn't hear that sentiment as such for the refugees just suspicion, this news of course will just fuel that.
