Welp I didn't realise how low BB16 officials were, I thought it averaged about 1.5M

But it only averaged 1.36M

*mazedsalv** 18-06-2016 02:31 PM

That 1.4m was a rumour I think. That would mean over 250k on +1 and that's rare for an eviction. I wish though. If it was its the highest eviction either since BB15 Armeggedon or BB14

Will. 18-06-2016 02:33 PM

One of this weeks got 180K with +1 so 250K is possible.

Will. 18-06-2016 02:38 PM

The 1.4M is confirmed:

Oh yeah just checked, the launch was 1.39 excluding +1. Still it's a really good figure

yeah 1.39, It's done really well to hold up this strong.

I think CBB17 was the same, it wasn't a huge launch figure but it held a lot of the audience.

Shaun 18-06-2016 03:10 PM

get Lorna in for CBB

TomC 18-06-2016 03:30 PM

I'm happy for them, they've done good so far, to have to first live eviction only 200k less than launch is amazing.

daniel-lewis-1985 18-06-2016 05:27 PM

Really looking forward to the officials on Monday I never watch the show live anymore simply because theres to many adverts and I'm sure a lot of viewers do the same and Tivo it.

Viewing habits have changed and although its important for advertisers to people watching live the official ratings for the actual show will be the highest since BB14 imo.

Last nights show was brilliant and the new set is very old school BB and the crowd actually behaved I was shocked tonot hear "OFF OFF OFF!" which allways used to grip my sh!t.

Well done Channel 5!

Yep I've only watched 3 shows live (launch, first Hl show and last night), the other times I have either watched on +1 or most of the time, record. It's so much easier without the ads.

Officials will be interesting, what do we think? 350k-400k climb? So the 1.2m type ratings go ~1.6m? It'd be awesome if it was like half a million, but for a civvie series, very unlikely! BB16 only added like 200k.

Yep CBB17 did the same, don't know what happened with the last few days (i call it the curse of the last week of CBB) when all of a sudden the last few days drop which is odd, it's happened for CBB15, CBB16 and CBB17 (i think CBB14 too).

But the 2nd last week, an episode got 2.80m overnights which matched the launch 2.80m.

crazycolaist 18-06-2016 05:47 PM

Hoping officials will be about 1.8m, 2.1 max not enough advertising this year again..

I doubt they'll reach 1.8m, especially not 2.1m!

Rob! 18-06-2016 10:22 PM

Safe to say this series isn't doing too shabbily at all.

Lostie! 18-06-2016 10:24 PM

I don't really get ratings talk but from the comments in here the series seems to be doing well so far. Glad to hear it, it deserves to :clap1:
