Girls find out their mentor today.

Judges have recorded this year a workshop with their chosen category, where they give advice at rehersals.

Agreed, there's definitely a variety of acts in this category that he'd be able to work with a lot easier, than the other categories this year.

I reckon the second male for the group is Reece Bahia

Can I just say, the general public are majorly underestimating Ayda Field, and actually quite harshly.

I have heard absolutely nothing negative about this lady, I have heard she has been fantastic with contestants, very constructive and actually has alot of valued opinions.

It is clear she is taking her job seriously and isn't there to promote an album, or single, but seems to be enjoying her job.

Very hands on, always giving advice. Let me just say, singers haven't had a great track record on tv talent shows as judges. Ayda is coming from a very different perspective than any judge we have had on these shows, she generally seems to have the publics voice on the panel.

It is refreshing and exciting, her comments aren't just text book reality tv judge, thats why I think she could be the new star of the show over the season.

We will see.

I have tickets for Wednesday and both slots Thursday.
