I'm gonna be consistent here and say that reporting Nish for this Tweet is a waste of Twitter's time.

It's not a wise tweet by any means, but Twitter has Bot problems, Paedophiles, Zoophiles & Terrorists on their site that they need to deal with, I honestly think someone calling Boris a "rich white man" is not that big of a deal for Twitter, or it shouldn't be anyway.
