I quite like our entry, but it's far from the usual stuff we hear at Eurovision.

I’m so glad. It’s actually good for a change. :dazzler:

It's good, but I'm not sure the Eurovision audience will appreciate it.

Israel’s is a VERY strong entry. This could win it.

Meh. Great first minute but incredibly dated.

my favourite sorted  yup yup

my fave bit of the song is the french element, also how fluent she is at that, which is due to her having lived in Geneva in her childhood, so must be extra emotional representing her nation at eurovision in a country she used to also live in

am not surprised about the strong quality, considering her budget was 1 million euro (3.5 million shekels) also not surprised about that amount of budget

her aunt Ronit having quite a mega famous fashion empire (having done many major fashion show catwalk events as well as the styling for the 2016 Cannes Film Festival) talent deffo runs in the family i think

That is strong

Sadly misplaced leftist youths will not vote as they make empty virtue signal gestures

jones89 10-03-2025 09:22 AM

I mean, Israel finished 5th was it last year? And this is a much stronger song i’d say so i hope it does good

Crimson Dynamo 10-03-2025 09:26 AM

if it somehow won it would certainly annoy all the right people

:joker:

bots 10-03-2025 10:33 AM

i'm expecting the UK to do much better this year, not because of the song quality (because it is good) but politically, we are much more central to europes continued survival. I expect France and Germany to do well too

Crimson Dynamo 10-03-2025 01:36 PM

Yuval debuts at Israel's daily spotify chart at #1 with 57k streams

:clap1: :clap1: :clap1:

Nicky91 11-03-2025 01:22 PM

so now we only got Georgia, Cyprus, France left

France with Louane

Cyprus with Theo Evan (and a song co written by Kontopoulos and Elsie Bay)

as for Georgia, some rumoured names were Nini Iris (but which i doubt) and Mariam Shengelia (with quite a nationalistic song, probably backed by the pro-russian party Georgian Dream)

i cannot see Georgia doing a Belarus 2021 with a pro-dictatorship entry and getting banned, no other country is that dumb to pull that stunt what Belarus did, could more see them going anthemic, nationalistic and maybe in georgian again  but that is what i think

Nicky91 11-03-2025 01:32 PM

info on Cyprus

Theo Evan's choreographer is spanish Borja Rueda, whom worked with stars like Ana Mena, Antonio Banderas as creative director, and also was lead choreographer for Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2024 in Spain

Not a fan of the UK one but I hope it does well, it’s different from what we have sent before
