when britney did that contest in new york, half the city was shut down. even so, i don't think her team would at all risk it.

^ I agree, the bigger you are, the more hardcore security you need though, which costs more, so it's just cheaper not to. Jive are stingy as it is what with the meh videos recently (Gimme More, BTI, IUSA, Radar, 3), and lack of promotion.
