Bowl of mince and peppers in Dolmio sauce over some white rice later with some cheese grated over(all measured/weighed)

Also found out today that I'd lost over 3 stone in the past 5-ish weeks dieting! Can't believe it!

Yesterday I had

An Apple
A cheese, tomato & Onion toastie
A Double Decker

For Dinner we got Indian take away, I had Vegetable Bhuna with Pilau rice and poppadoms and a terrys chocolate orange donut for dessert

But they do Not tell Customers
if they run out,
it then comes from the General supply
