Two slices of toast with butter. Quorn smoked ham free sandwich with salad cream A gluten free chocolate bar Small Bottle of Tropicana I have my margherita pizza that I will have for din dins later tonight :D |

Espresso with raw cane sugar & soy milk.
Whole-grain toast with dark chocolate spread and sliced banana. A whole 150 gram packet of Chili flavoured doritos. :sad: |

One roll with chicken, lettuce, red oinon and mayo i bag GW sausage and tomato 1 Twirl Venison steak later with pots and brocc and lots of mustard |

2x Weetabix, handful of Rice Krispies with milk.
2x brown toast with strawberry jam on. Big bowl of beef stew with loads of veg (carrots, peas, onions, potatoes) and gravy and a piece of buttered brown bread with it. Some Wine Gums. Approx. 5 glasses of water. |

Thus far ...11:11am .... just water but I go crazy at 1pm and have a coffee with milk and one sugar !!
