2 pieces of buttered toast. Chicken salad sandwich (lettuce, tomato and salad cream). Glass of pure orange juice. A pack of ready salted crisps. For din dins tonight I’ll be having a Chicken Korma :hugesmile: |

A pack of these low calories rice crisp things from B&M that are LUSH! Two pieces of fried chicken, chips and loads of salad with some mayo from the kebab shop :skull: I've still got some room for calories (I calorie count) so I'm gonna have a Mocha sachet thing later and maybe a piece of toast with it. Stressful week so I've not been eating as well as I usually do but it'll soon pass! :fc: |

Today's the first day since Tuesday night that I've had an appetite and I don't know what to eat, typical :joker:
All I've had since Wednesday morning is pieces of toast, tea, fruit squash and rich tea biscuits because of some horrible bug or something dodgy I ate that's made me lose like 8lbs in those few days from explosive toilet trips :skull::skull: (TMI? :smug:) Might get a big bowl of cereal later with a banana chopped into it, my favourite. |

I'm FUMEN' my sleeping pattern's absolutely ruined and I've just sat here after doing my nightly "workout" and don't know what came over me but hunger set in and I ate a big piece of a cake my Dad bought last week, like a birthday cake. Ugh regretting it now but just blame general worry and cabin fever. :joker:
Good news though, I've posted a few times here I'm on a weight loss thing I think and I've now lost officially over 9 stone of my 10 stone goal, so about 12lbs left to go before I hit my target!! |
