Ryan Satin has said the injury is legit, if you watch Joe locking in the Concina Clutch, Rollins knee for sure bends the wrong way (but doesn't buckle, meaning that hopefully it's not an ACL tear, can live with a MCL Sprain, which could mean he's only out for 2-6 weeks rather than a whole year, seen alot of American Football players have that happen to them and they manage to come back later in the same season) in the takedown and Joe asks him if he's okay (I couldn't hear it but Joe covers his mouth for 5 seconds in front of the camera) and you can hear Rollins say for sure say "I hope so" but it's covered up by the crowd noise.
Rollins is kinda walking around while on crutches in the video so hopefully it's not too serious.
Freak accident really, really hate it for Joe since his first untelevised MR match ended Tyson Kidd's career in a freak accident and now his first televised MR appearance there's another.
I haven't bought a ticket for it yet but looking forward to going to Pro Wrestling Revolver: Revolver Pleads The Fifth. Local Indy Promotion in my area run by Sami Callihan/Solomon Crowe/Jeremiah Crane. Lot of big indy names booked. Ethan Page, Abyss, Sienna/Alysin Kay, John Morrison/Johnny Mundo, Billy Gunn, Alberto Del Rio, Joey Ryan, Colt Cabana are already booked and it seems that more are TBA. They're doing a Wrestlemania Weekend show on Saturday called Pancakes and Piledrivers at Wrestlecon as well ("Morning Show", serving pancakes to fit the name). Because the show's gimmick is a Revolving Roster hence the name, there's no world championship yet but they're crowning a Open Scramble Champ at the WM show (AR Fox had a open scramble the first two shows, everybody liked it on Highspots so they made a belt out of it.)
Lucha Underground's first two seasons are coming to Netflix US on Feb 15th. Cannot wait to finally binge watch the show, two former BBUS HGs are on it in some form, Holly from Season 5 is a valet for Manager Famous B, and Austin from BB17 debuted this season as a masked wrestler with a snakehead. Dunno if it's coming to Netflix UK
Lucha Underground is a very strange but intriguing show. Imagine WWE production values meets Mortal Kombat but with some Mexican Folklore and Lucha Heritage thrown in. John Morrison is one of the top heels right now and it includes Alberto Del Rio in S1, Justin Gabriel as a actual Werewolf, Rey Mysterio Jr, Joey Ryan with a gimmick that has him as his sleazy heel self in the ring but he's an undercover cop in cinematic backstage scene. Ricochet is the top face and is masked in this as well, named Prince Puma. I think people will love the AAA loaned wrestlers as well. Pentagon Jr., Fenix, Sexy Star, Taya.
