I hate the annoying automated woman who sounds like she has a broomstick permanently wedged up her arse, I hate the fact that they charge about £1 a minute when, for the majority of them time, they make me listen to god awful music and I hate the fact that when the horrible music has finished and someone is actually available to speak, they have the inability to speak a word of English so I'm in the awkward position of trying to guess what questions they are trying to ask me.

Just got off. Some bloke from HSBC just gave me a lecture on how I shouldn't download virus' and that I should update my antivirus regularly. He also gave me two website which "will enhance my knowledge of internet security"
