Banter my arse :hmph:

He needs to be thrown out. A warning isn't enough.

Yeah and I didn't agree with either so it's sorta a moot point

He's not the first BB contestant to have used violent terminology though, and Deana has apparently already discussed it with Big Brother and is fine about it so why do people feel the need to make the decision to kick him out on her behalf

He wasn't given a warning. He was told to think how what he said could be offensive.

Also, the vile Deana rant wasn't the 1st time he's made threats. He made threats about Benedict too.

This foul mouthed thug doesn't deserve his place in the house.

I think if the show was still on channel 4 Connor would have been kicked out. Channel 5 seem somewhat more lenient. :suspect:

You have to take everything into consideration, it hit a climax last night.

I think some fans, not in a horrible way, but are not letting him take full responsibilty and blaming it on some heated moment of anger.

Big Brother wants to keep Connor. They think the audience love him! :bored:

I think that was intended as a warning though, even if they didn't explicitly state so, although they might have done, the short clip we saw was part of a much longer discussion

What did he say about Benedict?

Jamie. 26-06-2012 06:33 PM

I completely disagree with what Conor said, and yes, he should have been punished further.

I will repeat what I have said to people on Facebook, reporting to Ofcom will NOT help AT ALL as they will close Big Brother for GOOD. You are all seriously doing my head in because the way you lot are going on about it, you would of thought he had stood up and punched her full pelt in the face.

I was surprised he didn't get a warning. It was more like a telling off!

Jords 26-06-2012 06:34 PM

People are outraged because again, this is not something that happened the 1-off, but the vendetta against Deana has built and built and built..

He should have at least got a warning.

bbfan1991 26-06-2012 06:35 PM

I disagreed with the vile things what Conor said and did but thought he should have got more than a telling off for it, however I cba with all these petitions etc.

People will soon get bored of it next week if IMO!

Saph 26-06-2012 06:36 PM

I just rewatched it and as if saying it wasnt bad enough, he then pretended he was punching her :conf: to do that, it obviously meant he was serious about it. (i'm not saying he would have ACTUALLY done it, but he was serious about it ..if you get what I mean)

It was more like a slap in the wrist. Why is the show protecting Connor? :nono:

Jamie. 26-06-2012 06:36 PM

He probably did Vanessa, it's like Emma said, he was in the Diary Room for a while, meaning he could have been spoken to about his actions and warned. If he does it again, yes, post the abuse, but remember BB don't have to show everything on air.

They probably didn't even show us everything that Connor said. I imagine it was much worse! :bored:

Jamie. 26-06-2012 06:38 PM

It may have been worse, but it may not have. No body knows exactly what happened, and until you do, there is no point on ranting and raving, reporting it etc.

rayheartbliss 26-06-2012 06:38 PM

its just so wierd though!!! he made threats towards benidict, BB didnt even say anything
even that luke s said something along the lines of 'if we were outside...blah blah'
and i also remember conor said something about what he'd do to benidict at the end of the series in wrap party

But what I mean is that the heat of the moment exacerbated those feelings to an increased extent, beyond anything that's happened before, I don't deny that there's been other stuff as well but I don't personally think he's done anything that's crossed the line until now

He's thug. That much is obvious. Showing his true colours! :nono:

Point is though, he has crossed the line...

Word!

He needs to be made an example of.

Even now on Twitter young people are saying what Conor said was funny and that Deana deserves to be punched in the face.

BB are being irresponsible considering their target audience includes teenagers. :nono:

We will never know. Big Brother will never show it! Both me and my brother in law were shocked by the things that were coming out of his mouth!

That's what I said, that's why he was warned
