You have to nominate 10 in Round 1; and vote for 10 (in order) in Round 2 along with reasons - anyone who fails to do so, their votes won't be counted.

I just want to double check this, Zee. We can't start voting until the 26th May, is that right? And I know this is probably a daft question, but how do we know who has been permentally banned, are there many who have been?

That's right, voting opens on the 26th of May - closer to the time I'll post up instructions of what to do and how to do it :). Perhaps one of the mods can post a list of relatively recently permanently banned members - but to clarify, anyone who's on a week long ban or the like - that's only temporary, they are still eligible to be nominated and voted for!
