He has both.

Body dysmorphia is to do with distorted/obsessive views about one's body related to anxiety. It can be accompanied with an eating disorder, such as anorexia which is to do with the desire to lose or control your weight.

Hi everyone I've never really gone in the soaps section but had to tonight...

Did everyone see the horrid twist regarding Grace on Fridays first look episode and tonight's C4 episode, she was one of my favourite characters and they've just ruined her entirely by making her Mercedes killer. I thought we may have finally got rid of the awful wooden Freddie and perhaps his annoying fishwife Lindsey too but no. Unfortunately instead I suspect that Grace will get away with this. :worry:

Mercy shall never get the justice she deserves :bawling:
