The English clubs are way off on the World stage at the moment.

All the Worlds best players are plying their trade in Spain and Germany.

There's no dominant team in England at the moment, there's nothing much between about five or six teams, none of those teams would live with Man Utd, Arsenal and Chelsea teams that have won the Premier league in the past.

We need our top clubs to start attracting the Worlds best players again, instead of settling for second rate.
