I would have given her a 10 but people would be moaning how she’s experienced and could damage her chances. She may be experienced but she still had to learn salsa etc, dance with someone and have chemistry with her partner like everyone else, she would be getting 10s every week if she was experienced in the ballroom.

Ashley was amazing
So happy that Katie has improved, such a lovely genuine person

LukeB 06-10-2018 06:56 PM

I think Lee and Ranj will be bottom 2 after this

hijaxers 06-10-2018 07:05 PM

Nicky91 06-10-2018 07:14 PM

Lauren was undermarked, she did well for a non-dancer :(

A lot of them are non dancers. Joe has never danced before as well. But they will improve.

no but Lauren did the cha cha better than Stacey last week who had more bend knees, and Lauren had better straight leg movement

Denver 06-10-2018 07:28 PM

We Love Faye showing Ashley how to dance

Ashley was better though and no props needed :)

Ashley and Joe were the best for me.
I agree with Nicky, Lauren was under marked.
Although I feel, maybe I'm wrong, that A J is having to think the routines more as to Lauren.
So is holding back, especially after the lifts so brilliant last week, didn't get an increase in votes.

Darcey and Shirley are now really irritating me, I don't think they vote fairly.
Some can trip, not do the right steps yet still get higher marks from them.
Others get punished for the slightest mishap.

AJ did so much better than last week with the choreography, more basic techniques, and i thought the tricks which were in the dance, were quite nice, but next week should be back to ballroom for her i hope, she is in safe hands in hold with him

Lauren's lack of self confidence can become her downfall, he needs to work on that with her, once she gets more confident and believes in herself, she can be a dark horse in the competition

Nicky91 07-10-2018 08:30 AM

my scores:

Vick & Graziano: 4, reason it was too much acting and less dancing, and the dancing she did do, she seemed clumsy

Dr Ranj & Janette: 8, reason it was a good fun performance, however Janette screwed the routine over with her lack of ballroom knowledge, not his fault by far

Lee & Nadiya: 5, reason it was wooden here and there, but it had loads of basic cha cha content, which i appreciate

Kate & Aljaz: 9, reason it was a lovely sexy, elegant foxtrot, and i thought the stumble was part of the performance so i didn't mind that and Kate makes me want to watch the BBC News a bit more now wow, she's hot

Stacey & Kevin: 9, originality check, fun factor check, this was a good performance

Joe & Dianne: 8, for his first ballroom i thought he did a great job, ok a few mistakes with his posture but he can easily improve from those tiny mistakes

Graeme & Oti 10, love love love it, iconic spidey swanny wow :clap1: :clap1:

Ashley & Pasha 7, this was an iconic dirty dancing homage, but i didn't see salsa technique at all in the performance, it could've been mentioned as showdance and it would come over the same, more basic content next time ashley please

Katie & Gorka 7, huge improvements from last week, but i worry she will fall back into her old disastrous form in the latin :(

Seann & Katya 6, drama was there, a bit too much drama, and wooden leg action, overmarked, and i can see him struggling with dances like quickstep, samba, salsa, cha cha cha

Lauren & AJ 7 for a beginner she did a good job, ok judges were right and she needs to come out of that shell but when she does pull that off i can see her being a dark horse in the competition, so good luck to you sweetie and trust AJ at all times

Charles & Karen 5 Dull Dull Dull, technically it was nice but the dancing started too late in the performance, i didn't like this

Faye & Giovanni 8 as expected, a solid quickstep but i didn't feel this dance again from Faye

Danny & Amy 9, i loved this Paso, very very brave of him to open the dance on his own as well, yeah i am proud to have him as one of my faves :clap1:

Vanessa 07-10-2018 09:05 AM

Joe surprised me last night. Thought hid ballroom was going to be a disaster, but he's actually really elegant and he has one of the best frames I've seen so far. And the chemistry between him and Diane is electric.!

Nicky91 07-10-2018 09:17 AM

i was clapping during Danny's Paso, just it got me excited, cheering and singing through the entire performance :worship:
