Why do you keep banging on about Starmer. This has nothing to do with Tories c Labour, this is Boris' staff and colleagues realising he is not for for the job. He has made disastrous decision after disastrous decision and people, his Government and the public, have quite rightly had enough. One or two resignations could be seen as the fault of others but for 40 staff members to resign is unprecedented and shows exactly the level of disenchantment with Boris.

If he loves this country as he says he needs to step aside....now, not in weeks when further damage has been done

arista 07-07-2022 06:24 AM

49MP's have resigned from the Govt.
since yesterday.

Graham Brady
has been in there.

King Johnson
is still there,

Yes, far too many

bots 07-07-2022 06:59 AM

and another one

Hexham MP Guy Opperman has resigned his post as pensions minister.

He said that he had been "particularly upset at the behaviour of the Number 10 team during the Covid restrictions" and that "recent events have shown clearly that government simply cannot function with you in charge".

He added that "no one individual, however successful in the past, is bigger than the party, or this great country".

Nicky91 07-07-2022 07:01 AM

good on King Boris for cleaning the government up, good on him for thinking if i go down, i am taking as many other morons with me :clap1:

That’s the case normally ... Boris is different and always has been .. hence is popularity with the general public.

Starmer has been causing untold and unnecessary grief for a couple of years .. even the media labelled him as desperate

It’s rather funny that the tories are basically voting a no confidence in Boris but it came to a full vote to have a general election the very same Tory MPs would stand behind him to avoid going to an election

Another reason to despise politics and politicians .
