President Trump sent him a big hospital ship at the start of the pandemic and he didn't even use it. So I'd call his approach to the pandemic "very suspicious"

the guy isnt long recovered from breaking his foot in a freak accident, so he probably has inherent weakness there, but irrespective, it isn't cool to mock anyone with infirmity and you cannot stop the aging process no matter how much they pretend otherwise
