Well done to everyone who had a role whether senior or just supporting in this election, I find it interesting that only 2 more votes were cast than in last years election, 72 compared to 70 last year.
Marcus as new PM, really well done again to you.

This has again been overall a good event on tibb, I have enjoyed it and throughly enjoyed working with Jack.

I hope it is done again next year if someone will take it on and do it, the results were disappointing for myself in that I really believe Jack deserved more votes on merit alone.

Marcus has a great personality and will be great fun over the next year I am sure of that, also really well done to arista and his team for getting a quarter of the votes cast and coming 2nd. They threw everything at this election and clearly voters responded so congratulations on being runners up.

Lee has a good campaign too and she was the one I felt had to be beat, often elections throw up surprises and just as in real elections, fun elections do seem to have surprise results too.

Someone had to come 5th and I do feel Apple maybe warranted more votes too, however that is how things turned out.

From a supporter of Jack's angle, I want to thank all the candidates and 'near' all the supporters of all other party's for making this fun, for not being personally insulting or nitpicking to others for their style of presentation, posting or for saying what they did or the way they said it.

If I was to suggest one thing for next years election if it was done again and I hope it is.
It would be that instead of the Party threads,(by all means have the campign areas for the candidate and their teams) but since the manifesto presentations were also put on the voting thread too that there is a rolling campaign thread all through as in the first election,where all interaction and debate is able to be done in that one place by all Party's and interested voters alike.

It also helps in that, with just the one campaigning thread,it is the only one that is kept on the main board too rather than all the individual party's threads needing to be bumped and kept on there as well.

Still a greally good idea and event, so please bring it back next year.
