I dont think they would build something like another house for just a smoking zone. I think its something more important to do with Big Brother.

I think if it is a "secret" second house they are going to use it for something differnt this year

Secret rooms are good but a whole secret house is a bad idea. Done to death, it wouldn't be a surprise to the viewers or the housemates.
