Garden State and 30 Days of Night are amazing. Garden State always reminds me of Fall some reason, I need to put that one sometime soon!

Silent Hill is alright, and I haven't seen the last 2 - been meaning to for a while though!

Iceman 16-11-2009 10:44 PM

resident evil, the first 2!
Stand By Me - instant classic
fear and loathing in las vegas
forest gump

they are a few i can think of great movies!

Well Silent Hill is one of the few feminist horrors ever made.

And The Princess Bride is charming, funny and clever.

Spirited Away is simply wonderful.

Forrest Gump and the first Resident Evil are my favorites of that list. I haven't seen Stand By Me, and Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas was good, just not one of my favorites. Resident Evil 2 was a good horror for what it was, but not as good as RE1

Resident Evil could be considered a feminist horror. :P I suppose Underworld too. Alright, I guess now I'm just listing movies whose main character is a girl who kicks ass.

Is The Princess Bride the one that "You killed my father, prepare to die" is from?

And I loved Princess Mononoke, and it's suggested that I should see Spirited Away. It's recorded on my DVR, just haven't gotten around to watching it.
