Every tree, bush, srub and blade of grass white with hoar frost, cars like ice tombs and paths very slippy. Thick freezing fog. https://cdn.forumcomm.com/dims4/defa...ST%20-%201.jpg |

Amber warning England for snow!
https://weather.metoffice.gov.uk/war...c-ef95293912ad Further detail Snow will reach the south of the warning area later Saturday, then spread north across the rest of the area through Sunday morning. Snow will be persistent and heavy at times, and will likely drift in brisk easterly winds, especially over higher ground. Much of the warning area can expect 3-7 cm of snow. Areas above about 150 m will likely see 15-30 cm, with 40 cm for ground above 300 m, before snow begins to ease and clear by the end of Sunday. For some lower-lying areas, such as the Vale of York, snow may mix with rain at times making estimations of snow depths here more difficult. Regardless, travel will likely be difficult, with power line icing an additional impact. |
Yes Snow then Rain
in some zones Possible Flooding |
|
stormy weather over here in Eindhoven, Netherlands
very strong winds :( as of tomorrow, getting colder again, towards 5C, chances of wet snow the snow won't stick to the ground because it'll remain between 3 and 5 degrees celsius above zero, only on saturday night there is chance of ice, with -2C but during the day again going above +3C so there are more warnings for those who have to travel by car at night |
