MP's don't sit in the house from the end of July to September. The government control the business of the house despite labour attempts to subvert that, so the government just needs to ignore it for the few free days left and we leave without a deal. There is no need to shut parliament down etc .... they can achieve the same thing easily if the aim is a no deal.
