take it that means no single this month :(

MarkWaldorf 01-03-2010 07:56 PM

idk. :( release schedule for the uk has the album down as 'coming soon' in may, so if that's true than a single really should come this month.

Smithy 01-03-2010 07:58 PM

It seems unlikely tbh, surely we'd have heard something by now

Harry! 01-03-2010 07:59 PM

I dont think you will hear the Madonna duet to end of summer/autumn. Her next big project is her new film plus M will possibly be on the XF this year. Irrelevent stuff I know but still.

MarkWaldorf 01-03-2010 08:02 PM

Ooh, she has a new film?

I dnt think she will, she was going to go on XF last year and duet with stacey. But decided not too as she didnt have anything to promote.

MarkWaldorf 01-03-2010 08:06 PM

Thank god she didn't LOL. I hated thinking someone had a better partner than Joe.

Braden 01-03-2010 08:25 PM

Do you think it's silly that I still like some of her songs from the Circus album ?

Called W.E a biopic about the affair between King Edward VIII and Wallis Simpson. Good actresses so far.

There was more to Madonna not being on the XF due to 'nothing to premote' she just isnt a fan of duets. Last one was in 2005 with Britney (Or Missy).

EDIT - Human Nature 2008 in LA. Though that was in a different environment.

Britney took her kids and mum to see Percy Jackson last night! Love it!

Smithy 02-03-2010 11:27 AM

Britney Spears will not release a new album this summer, according to her representative.

The 'Womanizer' singer was previously reported to be working towards a May release for her seventh studio album.

"There has been zero discussion about it," a representative from her label Jive Records told Just Jared.

According to the report, Britney has started recording sessions for the follow-up to 2008's Circus but no release date has been confirmed.

The 28-year-old is said to be working with producers including Darkchild, David Guetta, Cisco Adler and Sean Garrett.

KIIS-FM previously hinted that a track with Guetta would be sent to radio in March.

Britney released second greatest hits album The Singles Collection in November

Dun Dun Duhhhhh

I seriously doubt she will perform at the VMA's. a) the stigma attached it b) they are one jayden's birthday.

yeahh!

001steven 02-03-2010 09:10 PM

exactly they havent DENIED a 7th album being recorded so thats some good news.

and i think she CAN do VMA's again yeah its got bad memories but the VMA's are NOTHING Without Britney imo everytime the VMAs are round the corner its always 'is britney going to perform is she going to attend'. i think with a killer tune and dance routine a performance at this years VMAs will wipe the bad memories away from the '07 performance'

MrGaryy 03-03-2010 03:53 PM

the VMAs nothing without Britney? oh please.

I don't see why she couldn't though and I imagine she will, if the album is coming out around then which I doubt it will somehow but if it is I can totally see her opening the show again.

MarkWaldorf 03-03-2010 05:01 PM

tbh some of the most remembered iconic vma moments are britney's. lol.

and some aren't. something tells me if Britney never performed on the VMAs they'd be any less successful than they are now.
