I think a lot more of my personal favourites are on this AS, but I can't envision the cast meshing well together to make good tv.

I was doubtful about AS2, but that cast in fruition worked out really well (especially due to the format).

Hmmm... spoiler about the potential lineup (someone dropping out)...

Spoiler:

Reddit are losing their mind over Ongina showing up to a gig last night and it may mean she was either:
- Kicked off first
- Never cast
- Allowed out to do a random gig (unlikely)

And they've speculated that she's now replaced with Darienne and...

...is it just me that thinks that's a MAJOR upgrade? Darienne is sf underrated. Ongina's been so hyped since AS1, and every appearance of hers I've seen has been so annoying, that I can't help but hope it's true

Ongina was on the show was because she had a gig literally right before filming, and that they presumed she'd be likely because it wouldn't take her long to travel to the location where they film as she lives in LA herself.

There was no solid evidence she was ever cast. She's said in interview she rarely does gigs, so it was a bit of a miscalculation.

re Darienne: I wouldn't mind seeing her again. She's definitely underrated, and if Ben's on the show then they might cast her in hope there'll be drama (kinda like Alyssa and Coco0, which will probably flop.

If indeed Kennedy is on the show then we're in for some treats. Only weak ones really are Trixie (who's OK), Dela (who's meh) and Milk (who's...not...)

I really can't look past Aja going home first. If it's another talent show what does she really do that wouldn't be eclipsed by Kennedy and Shangela?

I love it tbh, only ones I'm not fussed with are

Milk, Aja and Chi Chi. I'd have replaced them with Courtney, Acid Betty and idk who from season 9. Think it's too soon for S9 queen really so would've chucked in Willam because it's obviously criminal he's not done it yet

The thing is they're building Allstars to be a comedy/acting masterclass more than anything else and the queens delivering on looks are overlooked and seen as fillers (see: Roxxxy and Detox at last year's final 4)

I'd kinda love a season that's very "look" heavy. Put in Lineysha Sparx, Mariah, Pearl (i know, i know), Miss Fame, Trinity, Valentina, Shea, Max, India and Acid Betty

I know on paper it'd be even worse than this cast but I'm honestly too much of a fan to care what they chuck at me at this point

Also I think Lineysha was a little hard done-by on season 5 tbh. I found her Snatch Game a little unintentionally hilarious? "She whip her hair back on floor" <3

That'd be great too, I've seen loads of people say they want an All-Winners cast but I'd much rather have that since All-Winners would be too upsetting to see people like Raja and Sharon flop </3
