Imagine a Stacey and Zoe rivalry on their killing techniques with the Queen Victoria statue

Zoe: I did it first
Stacey: But did he actually die

Omg! If it's true I can see it being temporary like the Emmerdale Kim Tate thing bc she's said a lot that she'll never return full time but who knows

Denver 18-11-2018 10:11 PM

Kim Rates return is permanent

This happened two years ago with Michelle's new head.

Let's hope it works out better this time around.

Spoiler:

Rihturn confirmed

Denver 19-11-2018 12:03 PM

The actor who plays Stuart hinted at a death at Xmas so looks like a 3rd year in a row for a festive death

Gstar 19-11-2018 02:02 PM

^ not here for it because it will indicate a Carter Christmas with a storyline nobody cares about. They need to make it about the slaters to attract the casuals

Gstar 19-11-2018 02:03 PM

Also who died in 2016 Christmas? I don’t remember a thing about the episode other than Dot being stalked by a cat

3rd year?

Erm, it's literally an EastEnders tradition. The Xmas' without a death are the odd ones out.

And even then, the Xmas episodes without a death (like 2016), usually have the death at NY instead (R&R).

Can Stuart **** off already

More infuriating than Aiden at this point

Marsh. 19-11-2018 07:21 PM

I don't mind it, the storyline has at least had some interesting points to it (unlike Aiden which had nothing).

And the point we're at now, seeing the Carters with no Mick in sight is actually something new at last. The main issue is what we're seeing are the same scenes on a loop. Hopefully, that changes with Shirley coming back.

I don't think Mick will get out of jail for a while yet since, isn't Danny doing that play in January so won't be filming then either.

Aidan actor was better though

I cringe throughout the Stuart show, and Linda siding with him is so unbelievable, I'm skipping the scenes at this point

Spoiler:

I'm sure there were images released ages ago of Danny Dyer filming Mick outside of prison so something must happen soon

Oh I'm still firmly of the belief that this is Linda's plan to get either Stuart to confess out of guilt or for her to find some proof she can use.

If it transpires that she really is believing him then it'll be sh*t.

But, yeah, Patrick Bergen being a better actor is a given. :joker:

I don't completely hate the idea of the Stuart story, I just get frustrated by the lazy writers who literally write the exact same scenes every episode.

But the Hayley plot suffers from the same problem. "I CAN'T BE A MUM!!" "I'm gonna be a mum!" "I CAN'T BE A MUM!!!" "I'm gonna be a mum!"

Kate Oates needs to sort out the plotting and pacing for a start.

Gstar 19-11-2018 09:35 PM

When do the Kate Oats episodes start? Please don’t say after Christmas

Ross. 19-11-2018 09:37 PM

Her influence starts December (very minimal). Her full episodes start February.

I’m lowkey over the Carters, it’s also time for a new family to live in the vic as it’s coming up to 5 years they’ve been there
