Chrome does when you enter a image Url it says " Search by image "

Seems to obvious now that I think about it.

Though I still can't figure out how a search engine can search pictures. It's basically just a robot. It doesn't make sense.

Google's become a right dickhead and is now allowing you to upload images and search for them. Thankfully this isn't a problem for the other rounds, but for this one...virtually every answer is easily accessible.
