Ian's face when Frank was announcing the replacement nominee was flippin fantastic.

That whole thing was about 4 hours long. Maybe even longer. They cut it down to 15 minutes so maybe that's why it looked fake to you. The production team had nothing to do with it. I watched Dan come up with it when he was locked up for 24 hours. Then when he went into the AR. His speech was rehearsed. He was saying it over and over again in the bedroom before it happened. He had the whole thing planned out from the start.

It really was.

I'm kind of past Shane now, I think he made the wrong decision as Danielle seems to have more loyalty to Dan than anyone else.

I know Americans love arrogance, they seem to see it as just strong confidence. But it irks me with people like Dan (or Boogie), it just seems so fake, just like his shouting in the DR. I'd rather support someone who just seems more genuine on the show. And when the producers want to make a storyline all about what a great gameplayer someone is you just know there is some fakeness there.

And when there is some arrogance on the British one it's done with a lot of humour so you and they laugh at it. Americans actually seen to take it really seriously, like these people really are big shots rofl.

Yeh, I was meaning in general rather than all Americans. But it's probably the main culture there to think arrogance isn't a bad thing, unless I suppose someone is very clearly rubbish at what they do. The media there won't criticise it that much I expect.
