Of course its a guess LOL, bb getting those ratings for a hl show is like primark sales not being a massacre.
|
1.3m Last night
Big Brother: Power Trip continued with 1.2m (7.5%) at 10pm (103k/1.2%). |
If only people would give it a chance and watch.
But we also need to remember, lifefeed created buzz. When something happened the media could pick up on it. Now they only can talk about what little info they have. |
Good share for both, beat at least CH4 and BBC2
|
Glad its not dipped below a million.
|
Good news.
|
It was at 10pm too, so it was never going to smash
|
Good rating for 10pm slot

8.7% compared to what it's been getting is really good too
|
Not a very good number, but share is good. But considering it was being hyped, I was hoping for around 100k higher.
Average for first week BB14 was 1.32m to be honest, first Tuesday last year got 1.26m (however that was excluding +1). |
That's Good for a 10PM slot, glad it's beating C4 hope it carry's on
When will the officials for last week be release |

1.2m (1.20m) and then 103k which is 103,000. 1.2m+103k= 1.303m. |
Maybe the +1 was 1.3

Like you said its still not a good number, last night should have been a 1.5 with that argument. Im afraid we are going to be seeing a lot of below 1 million episodes once The World Cup really kicks off and Fridays eviction up against corrie and the football :o that's going to be interesting to see. Only then will I be impressed by a 1.3 lol. These ratings make me sad :( |
The World Cup starts tommorow and it clashes with Corrie on Friday :worry:
|
I posted this in the other thread but as this is the proper thread...
It's poor, but not too bad. The share is good (well obviously as it was at 10pm), BB14 first Tues got 1.42m which was 100k ahead, but the first week av of BB14 was 1.32m so pretty similar to last nights rating, BUT with the hype, I expected more. I'm worrying for it from tomorrow onwards when the World Cup starts. BB14s first week was all between 1.2-1.4m until the eviction so it wasn't fairing much better, but it climbed from then, something I have a feeling BB15 can't do because of the footie. Also 1.3m overnights would mean 1.6m-1.7m officials which either match or beat BB12 and BB13, so it's not that bad. I don't think the World Cup will damage it too much, the opening game will (tomorrow which faces BB) but apart from the England, Italy, Germany, Brazil and Spain games, I don't think it will be too devastating.... Friday though... that will be a problem. |

Yeah I also posted in the other thread but lets keep it to this now. |
Not awful, not great, but though it's too early to tell, I can't see it matching last year, there aren't any interesting enough housemates. I'm only tuning in myself out of habit.

Can someone explain the difference between overnight ratings and official ratings?

Oh and by the way the full +1 rating was 1.31m.
Also, we can note that there may be a slightly bigger boost of officials because of the launch of Ch5+24 which apparently is being counted in officials. Not sure whether it will be a few thousand or tens of thousands, but it may help a fair bit. |
