They do that if you don't "declare that you don't need a license" on the site, takes two minutes. If you do that, instead of the red letter, they send letters for a while thanking you for reporting that you don't need a license and saying that they "might come to check just to make sure" :joker:. Same thing with nicer wording basically. IIRC got those ever couple of months for about a year, then nothing.

well, well, well, so it has been reported tonight on News at 10 that the step father went to the police before going to the BBC, but was told nothing illegal had taken place....it was only after that they went to the BBC and then finally in desperation to the press

ooop someone being interviewed by Kate Burley just said that the boy is an ex employee of the BBC, Kay then clarified that it has not been confirmed.... mmmmm

It depends when it started? and the funds are funding an addiction, they also went to the police first who said nothing to be seen here but surely that is incorrect if this started at 17?
