Putin is quite solid regarding tactics, and he hasn't anything to gain from attacking a children's hospital


sorry if this comes across as me defending Putin, but this more seems like accidental collateral damage


Putin would more attack crucial military installations to gain somewhat of an advantage in this strategic operation
