Some women are too big, but so are some men, and OP is being stupid suggesting that all the women on BBBM are overweight and ugly...I can only see a couple who I would class as overweight.

My BMI is in the overweight range but not the obese range as a lot of those women are- I am working hard to reduce yes.Why I mainly brought up this thread is beacuse- if those women dont act now they will be inside boxes very early in their life-Also they will have a poor quality of life when they are alive-Obesity is a national disease-THIS IS A FACT.

Sorry, but the women weren't THAT overweight, maybe 1 or 2 of them, but you could only really see their upper bodies...

Obesity is classified as a disease and anyone can see his or her doctor for this disease and can take exercise/diet/medication/surgery etc as per their resources or national funding available in their respective countries.

Different thing totally...anorexia actually is a disease.

However, the NHS should not pay for boob jobs for them...

Or boob jobs for anyone to be honest, unless they are being made smaller for medical reasons...being made bigger is purely cosmetic

Not all obese people are fat due to eating cake. There are some people out there obese due to underlying diseases such as thyroid gland. Dont genralise that all fat people are fat because of eating cake. :dance:

I do agree - if a person consumes more energy than the amount of energy his or her body burns-over a period of time it leads to overweight then obesity- But now this becomes the cause for a host of other diseases that eventually leads to early death with a poor quality of life-Hence I would call obesity a disease.

There are few exeptions but most people are obese because of our modern lifestyle.Our forefathers were not like us.
