You guys! I'm glad you heard her say that about the Queen! At first I thought 'What is she on about' and I thought Bea was supposed to be intelligent and then I wondered if she had said it to wind Rodrigo up and I'm still not sure. I don't like her at all. Has anyone else also noticed that she has a major row with someone when she has an audience, when it's one on one she acts like she is all hurt! Acting! :yuk:

I think she meant to say, or intended to say, the Queen's father (the late King George) is dead hence her being Queen. That was my take anyway. But as you say she was being a bit thick.

It's quite cute really that Rodrigo is so infatuated with the Queen. I'd love it if someone from the Palace actually answered the letter and he got to see it whilst in the BBH. He'd be over the moon, bless him.:kiss:

If the letter gets to the Palace Press Office it gets answered. they do have a standard one for the eejits who write in abuse, but most other gets one of the flunkies to write how her maj appreciates etc etc etc.

The way she led Rodrigo on about him sending a letter and the Queen being happy to meet him, was absolutely vile.

Rodrigo may be foreign, and quite irritating and naive in some ways, but there was no need for her to be that cruel to him.

I would love for his wish to come true in some way - just to wipe the condescending smirk off her slimey kipper!

Well the King of England (George VI) DID die and she then became Queen Elizabeth II. That much is TRUE - - only she forgot to say that it happened 57 years ago in 1952!

I had the giggles last night when she said that about Prince Phil, but even more of a laugh/warm fuzzy feeling was when Rodrigo was given his 'task'
