In my whole life I've had 2 cups of tea,lmao. I have green tea when I remember and hot chocolate sometimes.

Lol Daren, I'm not going out today because yesterday I hurt my ancle falling of the bus (<<please don't laugh, it hurt).. I've now had 35 cups.. about to have my 36th. I really need to stop, this will be the last one (hopefully). :hugesmile:

I mentioned this to my boyfriend's brother, hypothetically of course, asking what would happen to me if I had more than 30 cups of tea in one day.
he reckoned that it's better than coffee, if you had more than 30 cups of coffee you'd probably OD. He also said that depending on how much sugar you have, there's the possibility of diabetes in the future.
Oh, and lack of sleep. Caffiene takes about 3/4 hours to get out of your system [hence why you shouldn't drink it before bed].

Tea takes too long. you make it, and then have to look at it for 10 minutes while it cools down, or do what I do and slurp it off a spoon because it cools instantly on the spoon. haha. so yeah, about one cup a fortnight? I'm addicted to orange juice. I drink about 3 ASDA milk cartons full a day. I Love them. (L)

2 - 3 cups a day not thesame now i cant have any sugar...30+ is crazy lol.

I have 4 - 6 litres of water everyday now. Feel great for it.
